Refund policy

Here at Mouthful, LLC we put a lot of care into creating and packaging each order to ensure that you receive a quality item free of any defects. 

 Please note that all items purchased on SALE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded  regardless of purchase date as our products are edible and perishable

The only exception is if the bottle/s are damaged in its original state, i.e. no evidence of tampering and bottle should be filled with the sauce) on receiving the package, please email pshetty@mouthfuldelight.com attaching the pictures within 5 days of receiving the package so we can resolve the issue. 

Refunds
We will notify you within 5 business days on receiving the refund request if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded the amount paid . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A refund might take up to 10 business days to be credited to your account once approved.
